DMCA Policy

At Leatheq, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notices and how we respond to such requests in accordance with the DMCA.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or posted on our website without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown request using the guidelines provided below.

    • Phone number

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Submit your DMCA Notice to:

📧 info@leatheq.com

We only accept DMCA notices sent to the email above.

2. Removal of Content

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA Notice:

  • We will review the complaint,

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material,

  • Notify the user or party who posted the content, and

  • Provide information about how they can file a counter-notification, if applicable.

We may also permanently remove or suspend content or user access in the case of repeated infringement.

3. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed Mistakenly)

If you believe that the removed content was taken down improperly or is not infringing, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notice.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the material removed or disabled

  3. The URL of the content before removal

  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  5. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)

  6. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Notice

Submit your Counter-Notice to:

📧 info@leatheq.com

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original claimant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Leatheq may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.
This includes:

  • Removing repeated infringing content

  • Suspending access

  • Permanently banning repeat offenders

We take copyright protection seriously and act accordingly.
