Warranty & Return Policy


At Leatheq, we take immense pride in creating leather products of the highest standard. 

If your product fails during its intended use, we will step in to fix or replace it for you. 100% on us.

Now, what exactly do we mean by "intended use"? It's quite simple: using the product as it's meant to be used, day in and day out. For instance, if you decide to use the shoulder strap to tow your friend's truck to the mechanic, well, it's a creative idea, but it's not covered by our guarantee. We'd be happy to replace the strap for you, but the cost would be on your side. However, if you're simply carrying your bag to work and a rivet pops out (a very rare occurrence with the quality we produce), that's covered, and we'll fix it. In most cases, to save you time and effort, we reimburse you for the cost of repairs incurred at your local leather repair shop. This is often quicker and more convenient for many customers. It's all about integrity and honesty, values we hold dear. So, we kindly ask that you deal with us truthfully, and we promise to do the same!

Exposure to any harsh chemicals like salt, chlorine or conditioners that result in corrosion, discoloration or a breakdown of integrity of material, or damage caused by dog chewing, prolonged water or pool water exposure, road rash, etc., is considered abuse and will void the lifetime warranty. Exchanges & Refunds

When it comes to exchanges and refunds, we stand behind our products wholeheartedly.

  • Incorrect or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is not as described or has defects, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. During the holiday season, if you've purchased an item as a Christmas gift and it's not to the recipient's liking, simply keep the item in new and unworn condition. You can return it for a full refund or exchange it.

  • Non-Receipt with Tracking Proof: In cases your order got lost or where you haven't received your order, and our shipping tracking confirms the same, we will either resend your order or provide a full refund. No problem.

  • Other Returns: We welcome all returns within the designated return window, even if the product is neither defective nor not as described. In such cases, since we've already incurred shipping costs to get your order to you, your refund will be issued minus the shipping charges.

  • Customized Products: Please note that customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Easy-peasy! Just drop us a line at support@leatheq.com with your order number and email address. Once we give your return the thumbs up, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the shipping instructions and details.

How long it takes to get a refund?

As soon as we get your return and give it a once-over, we'll shoot you an email to let you know it's all good. If approved, your refund will zip its way back to your original payment method. Usually it takes 10 business days in all that sending-and-receiving.
